Preparing for 2018-2019 |
||||||||||||||||
For students, the 2018-2019 academic year is a few months away. For financial aid professionals, it has been here for a quite a while. Well, it seems like it anyway. Financial aid professionals spend a lot of time getting their school and their students ready for the next semester or the next academic year. To help financial aid professionals prepare, the Department of Education's Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA) announced on Monday, May 14, the availability of Volume 1 - Student Eligibility of the 2018-2019 Federal Student Aid Handbook. The Federal Student Aid Handbook consists of the Application and Verification Guide, six numbered volumes, and appendices. Each volume and appendix is posted on the Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) web site after being reviewed and approved by the appropriate offices in Federal Student Aid and the Office of Postsecondary Education. Questions and suggestions concerning the Federal Student Aid Handbook can be sent to fsaschoolspubs@ed.gov. | ||||||||||||||||
