Redesigned Access Area released

When we debuted the redesign of MappingYourFuture.org in December, we knew had more work to do. On January 29, we released the next project – a redesign of the secure Access Area for financial aid professionals.

The redesigned Access Area has the same basic layout and functionality of the current Access Area, with some reorganization, minor text adjustments, and an improved design. For example, the Retrieve records link now includes all options to retrieve records, including the Search and Archived records options. The names of the customization options were simplified and can be found under Customize counseling.

The Online Counseling User's Guide has been updated and is available under Member resources in the Access Area.

Log in today to check out the redesigned Access Area, review your account, and check out the Member resources. If you haven't logged in to your account recently, click on Forgot your password before trying to log in to reset your password.
