Outreach with prospective and current students is increasingly important to make sure students receive the information they need to understand financial aid rights and responsibilities.
Schools can meet federal loan counseling requirements and help borrowers understand education loan obligations with the convenience of Online Counseling. Mapping Your Future offers a variety of counseling types, so schools don't have to use multiple counseling providers and offers a number of customization options enabling schools to customize the counseling to best fit the needs of their students. Financial aid professionals with little or no technology experience or those with ample technology resources will find the counseling easy to implement and customize. Guide To Life after High SchoolSM
The Guide to Life after High School is an online education program that educates students on life skills, college preparation, financial aid, and financial literacy topics. There are four different versions of the guides, one for each year of high school. The freshman guide focuses more on choosing a career and preparing for college (academic and financial), with an overview of financial aid. The senior guide has more details about financial aid programs and application procedures. All guides include age-appropriate financial literacy information.
You can register to participate in the program, ask your students to complete the guides, and then confirm, via a secure portal, that students have completed the assignment. Sign up for an Online Education account or learn more about Guide to Life after High School.
